This software provides for purchase and sales of various chemicals, glassware, laboratory equipments etc. These goods are obtained by the company from many big multinational companies like Glaxo, Ranbaxy etc. and sold to local companies. 

One of the unique features of the software is the manufacturer based item coding system which enabled the company to avoid recoding the items and made it possible for their clients and supplier to easily understand the documents sent to them. Moreover it provides for price list of different dates to be maintained so that one can trace the price fluctuations on any item. It also made it possible to import the price list of the manufacturers directly into the software. 

Even though such complicated provisions were made, the software manages to provide immediate data on current stock and prices of any item from all manufacturers who supply that item so fast that answering customers on operation. This software is fully integrated with the DOS based Financial Accounting Software so that all transactions of inventory are immediately posted into it. So, no duplicate data entry or verification required.
